THE CHERRY HUT LOYALTY CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The Cherry Hut Loyalty Program is operated by Zansen Pty Ltd, trading as The Cherry Hut. By participating in the Loyalty Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Loyalty Program is open to all customers of The Cherry Hut and is valid only at The Cherry Hut Granton.

To participate in the Loyalty Program, collect a Loyalty Card with any cherry purchase.

Receive one stamp per every 1kg of cherries purchased. Multiple stamps in one transaction are permitted. A cherry purchase includes 1kg bag, 1kg Premium Box, 2kg Box and 5kg Box.

To redeem, present your Loyalty Card with nine stamps to receive your tenth kilogram free.

Free kilogram of cherries is a 1kg bag only. Premium 1kg, 2kg and 5kg boxes are excluded.

You must surrender your Loyalty Card upon receiving your free kilogram.

Free 1kg not redeemable for cash or other products.

The Cherry Hut is not responsible for lost or stolen Loyalty Cards.

Any Loyalty Card that appears to be tampered with in a way to forge the Loyalty stamp will be forfeited upon presentation.

By participating in the Loyalty Program, you are not required to provide any of your personal information.

The Cherry Hut Loyalty Program Cards expire at the conclusion of each cherry season. Any Loyalty Cards from previous seasons will not be honoured. Seasonal stamps will vary each season.

The Cherry Hut Loyalty Program rewards and these Terms and Conditions may change at any time, and by continuing to participate in the Loyalty Program, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is assumed.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Loyalty Program for The Cherry Hut and are governed by the appropriate laws.
